Order Shipment and Delivery:

Your order will ship directly from the manufacturer. As soon as your order ships we will send your tracking information to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. 

Once the shipment arrives in your local area you will be contacted by the shipping company to schedule a day and time for your delivery. You must be present and a signature required for delivery.

The Please expect 5-10 days for delivery after you receive shipping confirmation. (Most orders are delivered much sooner)

**Attn: FREE Delivery will be curbside only. Customers are responsible for bringing items into their home.

Damages:

If the product itself sustains any damage at all during shipping, please contact us at info@HomeSaunaWorld.com and we will exchange it for you as quickly as possible free of charge. All items need to be returned in their original packaging within 30 days.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Home Sauna World is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!

To cancel an order, simply reply to the confirmation email you received when you placed your order to let us know and we will process your refund immediately.

Returns

To return a product that has already shipped for a full refund, just let us know at info@HomeSaunaWorld.com with the reason for returning the item. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your product.  All items need to be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition as determined by the manufacturer.  All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. After we receive back the returned item, refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used when placing your order. A 25% (of the original price) restocking fee will apply.

Exceptions include:

 All products are returnable only if received defective as determined by the manufacturer. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, unreasonable use, negligence, improper care, damage from abuse, unauthorized repair, or buyer’s remorse.

If shipment is refused by customer or non deliverable, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
